Basic engineering and Technology requirement: Knowledge in core engine development (Design, Durability testing) Knowledge in First time right - Quality product and easy to manufacture - Design release process. Good in design to target cost - Choose the right material and lead to deliver optimized design. Lead the team to collaborate with quality to accomplish quality targets. Design experience in Ag - EU Stage5, US Tier4, India Trem4 & Trem5 and Commercial / Passenger vehicle - BS / EU 6 Good knowledge in engine 5C's parts, FIE system, EGR system, Air management and Exhaust after treatment systems Experience in multinational Ag / off road manufacturing organization is preferable. Participated in field issue resolution. Strong knowledge in cost to customer Knowledge in bench-marking activity and knowledge in the global product landscape. Good in engine component supplier network - Interact with right suppliers to deliver the first-time right components. Good engagement with manufacturing engg to support design to manufacturing. Support aftermarket / customer to meet the service requirement and lead Field issue's problem. Good in cross function and people relation / management, product design and program management Education & Skill: B.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical engineering / IC Engine and Thermal Engg Hands on experience with Ag application & 3D CAD Tool experience: ProE / CREO Kindly share your resume on sv17@svmanagement.com
