As a proactive Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Your role will involve implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets, analyzing sales data and footfall to optimize profitability, and working on dynamic pricing strategies and combo offers to boost revenue. You will also be in charge of maintaining a restaurant calendar for festivals, corporate bookings, happy hours, and special events. Organizing theme nights, live music, brunch specials, and private dining experiences will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, photographers, entertainers, and promoters to ensure the seamless execution of events. In terms of marketing and social media engagement, you will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility. Managing the restaurant's social media presence, creating content proactively, collaborating with food bloggers, influencers, and local businesses for promotions, and monitoring online reviews and customer sentiment will be crucial for enhancing reputation management. Furthermore, as part of customer relationship management, you will need to maintain excellent communication with customers to ensure repeat business. You must possess in-depth menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest spending. Handling feedback management via surveys, loyalty apps, and online reviews will also be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Sheets, Calendar, and Excel will be required for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager. The job is full-time and permanent, with the work location being in-person.
