Expert of Pressure Machinery and Welding needed Need a graduate or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with pressure vessels, columns, cold boxes, and cryogenic vessels . In-depth knowledge of international standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI, API), statutory rules and regulations, welding processes, and industrial safety standards. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, including managing direct reports and fostering a high-performance culture. Strong ability to develop and implement business strategies, identify growth opportunities, and plan long-term goals. Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery, and handling risk management. Review and interpret project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., ASME, EN, API) to ensure designs meet the required criteria. Assist in the selection and sizing of materials and components, considering mechanical properties, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Perform inspections, testing, and quality assurance procedures to ensure equipment meets performance and safety standards.
