About Us:

At Smaart Global Coatingss, we specialize in automobile paints and refinishing solutions. We are hiring Colour Technicians to support colour matching, formulation, and lab testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct colour matching and shade development for automobile paints.

• Prepare small-scale batches for testing.

• Operate lab equipment for colour analysis.

• Maintain records of formulations and colour recipes.
• Ensure quality checking with raw materials with finished goods.

• Support R&D and Quality teams in ensuring accuracy of shades.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.Sc. in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or related field.

• Knowledge of colour matching techniques (preferred).

• Fresher / experienced candidates can apply.

• Attention to detail and interest in lab/technical work.
