Match and adjust ink shades according to customer samples and specifications
Conduct shade trials on flexo printing machines and make necessary corrections
Record and maintain ink formulations and batch details
Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure consistency and colour accuracy
Assist in daily ink production and shade development tasks
Experience in shade matching for water-based inks / flexo printing inks preferred
Knowledge of colour theory, pigment strength, and viscosity control
Freshers with basic ink knowledge and colour sense can apply
Candidates residing near Knowledge Park 5, Greater Noida will be given preference
Freshers with relevant diploma can also apply.
