Colorist / DI Films & Digital Content

Role Overview: You are a skilled and detail-driven Colorist / DI Specialist who will join the post-production team at Dentsu India. Your role will involve having a strong command of color grading, color correction, and visual finishing for branded films, digital campaigns, and social-first content. You will play a central role in maintaining the visual identity and emotional tone of various projects, collaborating closely with Directors, DOPs, and Editors to deliver cinematic, brand-aligned visuals that enhance storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Perform color grading and color correction for a wide range of content such as brand films, digital campaigns, fashion films, and social media assets. - Develop looks that align with the creative brief, brand aesthetic, and directors" vision. - Balance exposure, contrast, and color harmony while ensuring natural skin tones and visual consistency. - Collaborate with Directors, DOPs, Editors, and Creative Leads to refine the visual tone and texture of each project. - Interpret creative references, LUTs, and visual treatments to bring the desired cinematic look to life. - Manage the DI pipeline from conforming, grading, and rendering to final master delivery. - Ensure technical accuracy for various output formats including broadcast, OTT, web, and social media. - Maintain organized project files, backups, and documentation while handling multiple brand projects simultaneously within strict timelines and quality standards. - Stay updated with color science trends, new LUTs, grading styles, and tools in the DI ecosystem. - Troubleshoot visual or technical challenges during the post-production process. - Maintain high-quality output that meets both creative and technical benchmarks. Qualification Required: - Experience: 3-5 years as a Colorist / DI Specialist, preferably in advertising, fashion, or branded content. - Technical Expertise: - Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (primary). - Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. - Deep understanding of color theory, light behavior, contrast, exposure, and dynamic range. - Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or high-end commercial films is a plus. - Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively with creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.,
