Role Description

Full-time, on-site role in Anekal, Bangalore. Develop and optimize color masterbatch formulations, ensure color consistency, conduct quality testing, troubleshoot production issues, manage pigment inventory, and document formulation processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in masterbatch formulation and compounding (Mandatory)
• Knowledge of polymer chemistry, pigment dispersion, and color science
• Experience with compounding machinery and twin-screw extruders
• Color matching systems and spectrophotometry knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for color consistency issues
• Bachelor's/Master's in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Applied Chemistry, or Materials Science
• Understanding of quality standards and safety protocols
