Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to identify and resolve data quality issues. Collaborate with business units and IT teams to define data definitions, business rules, and data hierarchies. Act as a data steward, overseeing the creation, modification, and deletion of master data records. Support data integration efforts, ensuring master data is accurately and efficiently synchronized between systems. Document master data processes, data flows, and data lineage. Participate in projects related to data migration, system implementations, and data governance initiatives. Provide training and support to end-users on master data best practices and tools. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience in a Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, or Data Analyst role, specifically focused on master data. Strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance principles, and data lifecycle management. Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their master data structures. Experienced in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or relevant data technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with MDM software solutions (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG). Familiarity with SQL and experience querying relational databases. Knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, CRM, BW) and with data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging tools (e.g., Alation, Collibra). Familiarity handling MDM in SAP ECC and SAP S/4 versions Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with data governance frameworks and tools. Certifications in data management or related fields.
