Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering and recording engaging and high-quality video lectures for Management and Technical Programs, focusing on subjects such as Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Data Structures using C, and Financial Accounting. Your role will involve creating and managing online, distance, and blended programs via a mobile-first, cloud-based platform. Key Responsibilities: - Source faculty/lecturers for Management and Technical Programs - Deliver and record engaging video lectures for various subjects - Collaborate with universities to create and manage online programs - Ensure the quality and effectiveness of educational content - Engage with learners and corporates for upskilling initiatives Qualifications Required: - Master's degree (Mandatory) - Ph.D. degree (pursuing/completed) - 10+ years of experience in higher education teaching Additional Details: TeamLease EdTech is a leading Indian learning and employability solutions provider with exclusive partnerships with about 65 major universities across 16 states.
