Regularly track the portfolio for the assigned area (DPD Wise, Bounce Flag Wise and Balance band Wise). Focus on assigned Zone and Regions. Regularly follow-up with the default High Value customers. Maintaining data for collection process, MIS reports, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Maintaining Quality score as per the given targets.
