Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain collections models (e.g., repayment prediction, recovery likelihood, segmentation). Use Python and SQL to analyze delinquency trends and optimize recovery strategies. Develop data-driven customer contact and prioritization strategies. Monitor collections performance (roll rates, promise-to-pay, recovery KPIs). Collaborate with strategy and operations to implement model-driven decisioning. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics (preferably in fintech/lending). Expertise in Python and SQL. Experience with collections models. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Solid understanding of collections processes and customer repayment behavior. Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Prior experience in U.S-based fintech is preferred. Location: Remote
