Collections Executive(internship opportunity)

its is an internship opportunity you need to take 10 days

of  training later you can do as work from home you will be

having 6days of work timings will be from 9AM to  6PM

you need to login for 9 hours only

Points that must be communicated to candidates (for *Collections* and *Support* ):

1. It's an Internship opportunity. After 3 months, they will become eligible for FTE conversion based on their performance 

Role - Whats expected of you:
Monitor accounts: Regularly check accounts for payments Contact customers: Reach out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options Negotiate payment plans: Create and propose payment plans for customers who are behind on payments Process payments: Accept payments and refunds from customers Resolve issues: Help customers with billing and credit problems Develop strategies: Create plans to collect debts and improve cash flow Prepare reports: Create reports on collection activities and progress Maintain records: Keep accurate records of collection activities Follow legal processes
