What you will work on: Collections Strategy Design & Monitoring, and provide data driven solutions to improve collections strategy Create and Monitor MIS to ensure portfolio health and areas of work Collections analytics, loss estimation, recovery models, strategy for improvement. Designing Agency payout and employee incentive. Vendor onboarding and engagement. Design Predictive Models for Pre-delinquency and post Delinquency pools using Machine Learning/Statistical Techniques to identify Potential Defaulters/Recoveries Design Settlement/Write - off Recovery Models. As a Collections Analyst with extensive experience in credit card collections and operations analytics, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective credit card collection strategies based on deep data insights and business objectives. Your role will involve driving collections analytics to support recovery teams in improving performance, reducing delinquencies, and optimizing operational costs. You will perform deep dives into large and complex datasets using SQL and other analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and improvement areas. In this role, you will design, monitor, and optimize Champion-Challenger strategies to test new approaches and enhance collection outcomes. Collaboration with business stakeholders across departments will be essential to present insights and drive data-informed decisions.
