As the E-commerce Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize the Shopify store. This includes tasks such as product uploads, collection setup, pricing strategies, and implementing user experience (UX) improvements. You will also be tasked with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and product sales performance. In addition, you will coordinate with vendors and warehouse/logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. Conducting regular market research and competitive analysis focusing on U.S. consumer behavior and e-commerce trends will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams on promotions, campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales planning is essential. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience through proactive issue resolution, order tracking and support. Regular audits and improvements on product SEO, collection filters, tags, and category structure will be necessary to enhance the overall performance of the Shopify store. Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2 years of e-commerce operations experience, with Shopify experience preferred. Familiarity with handling US market operations and consumer trends is crucial. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets/Excel, and the ability to work independently with high accountability are also required. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, and experience in jewelry or fashion accessories e-commerce would be a bonus.
