As a Collection Sales Executive at our company located in Kulapully, your primary responsibilities will include: - Debt Collection: - Resolve outstanding debt issues while maintaining a professional relationship with clients. - Sales: - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products or services. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction while working to meet company sales goals. - Customer Service: - Provide excellent customer service to clients facing financial difficulties. - Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain and update customer account information in the company's system. - Generate and submit reports on collections performance and sales activities.
