Job Description

Contact customers via phone, email to follow up on pending payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure commitments are met.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the system.
Coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliation of customer accounts.
Identify and escalate problematic accounts to management for further action.
Send reminders and notices as per the collection process.
Ensure collections are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets
