Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collection activities to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts from customers.
Identify and prioritize high-risk accounts for collections, focusing on those most likely to result in payment.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to resolve issues and negotiate settlements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collection process.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective strategies for improving cash flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

1.5+ years of experience in a similar role within an NBFC or banking industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, business development techniques, client acquisition strategies, cross selling methods, lead generation tactics.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
