Collection Executive

Our impact spans the length & breadth of the country as we already process 4% of India's road freight movements on our software. We're committed to reaching 20% by 2028. This gives us a birds eye view of the market. Were already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.

About the Role:

Key responsibilities:

• Follow-up on Outstanding Payments:

  Contact customers via calls, emails, or visits to recover pending dues and ensure timely payments.

• Reconciliation of account statements:

  Reconcile outstanding customer balances and resolve discrepancies.

• Negotiate and Resolve Issues:

  Discuss payment plans, resolve billing disputes, and maintain a customer-friendly yet firm approach.

• Escalation of High Risk Accounts:

  Escalate high-risk accounts to the Collection Manager for further action.

• Maintain Accurate Records:

  Update customer interactions, payment status, and generate regular reports on collection progress.

• Ensure Compliance:

  Adhere to company policies and legal guidelines while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience & Education:

   Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in collections or customer follow-up roles, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or similar sectors.

2. Skills:

   Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with working knowledge of Excel and collection tools.

3. Attitude:

   Target-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure while maintaining professionalism with customers.
