🔹 Job Title: Collection Agent (Telecalling – Office Based)🔹 Company Type: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)🔹 Location: [Insert City/Area]🔹 Job Type: Full-time, Office-based🔹 Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM🔸 Key Responsibilities:Call customers to remind them of due/overdue payments Explain loan details and payment options over the phone Record follow-up status in the system or manual log Guide customers on how to make payments (online or offline) Maintain polite and professional communication Update collection manager on daily performance 🔸 Eligibility:Minimum 10th or 12th pass Must speak and understand local language Basic knowledge of using mobile phone or simple software Good communication and convincing skills 🔸 Language Requirement:No English required – Hindi or local language only🔸 Experience:0 to 2 years in tele-calling or recovery (Freshers welcome) 🔸 Salary:₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives 🔸 Other Benefits:Office-based stable job (no fieldwork) Monthly incentives for targets achieved Training will be provided Paid PF & ESI available (as per company policy) Call On - 9773969193 - H
