Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at our company in Thrissur, you will be responsible for client acquisition and relationship management, loan assessment and processing, sales and business development, loan documentation and compliances, customer support and retention, as well as market research and reporting. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. Preferred candidates for this role are male candidates between the ages of 23 to 35 with an educational qualification of Plus Two or SSLC. Both experienced professionals and freshers are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition & Relationship Management - Loan Assessment & Processing - Sales & Business Development - Loan Documentation & Compliances - Customer Support & Retention - Market Research & Reporting This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. The work schedule is during day shifts, and there is a performance bonus opportunity. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in business development and a total of 1 year of work experience are preferred. Knowledge of Hindi is also preferred for this role.
