Java Developer ( Multithreading, Messaging, and Low-Latency Trading Experience ) Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our development team. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance, low-latency server-side applications primarily in Java, supporting trading systems and event-driven processing. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in multithreaded programming, messaging, and database integration, contributing to critical enterprise infrastructure. Job Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing applications using Apache Spark and Java. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to create efficient ETL pipelines and data workflows. Optimize Spark applications for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Should have Hands on Experience in Core Java, Collection API ,Streaming Implement real-time data processing solutions using Spark Streaming and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing data processing systems. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and standards. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4-9 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java and Apache Spark. Strong understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Hive, and Kafka. Proficient in software development tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
