The candidate will primarily focus on verifying and assessing various documents and collaterals to manage and mitigate risks effectively.

• Proficiency in loan collateral assessment to ensure accurate evaluation and management of assets.
• Excellent understanding of risk management systems to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks.
• Strong financial statement analysis skills to interpret and assess financial information effectively.
• Experience in document verification to ensure authenticity and adherence to compliance standards.
• Ability to conduct thorough property verification, including title checks and legal documentation.
• Understanding income sources of customers, ensuring accurate assessment of financial capabilities.
• Insight into customer paying capability for accurate risk profiling and loan processing.
