How You’ll Make An Impact Data Accountability: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve data accountability across the organization. the Data Roles & Responsibilities Framework and Help in its operationalization in Siemens Energy. Lead Enablement and Training Programs for the data roles. Support the build of Data communities in the business areas and bring them closer to our formally established data roles. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, data governance, data ownership and data security governance roles in large scale enterprise set up with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrable ability to develop & implement data governance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. Solid understanding of data accountability or data ownership, data security and compliance principles and practices. Familiarity with data governance tools like Collibra, Informatica, or Ataccama, or Talend. Experience with data modeling, data architecture, and database management systems is preferred.
