Job Description

Experience: 5 years experience in GWS collaboration platform. Role: GWS /O365 Administrator. Experience and Skills: Administrate/Secure Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive, etc.), Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Exchange On-premises hybrid environments, implement and manage security and compliance solutions, respond to threats, and enforce data governance. Administrate Google Workspace services with focus on the Google Meet platform (platform administration, chat, apps, channels, meetings, calls, etc.) and knowledge in Microsoft M365 services with focus on the Teams platform (platform administration, chat, apps, channels, meetings, audio conferences, live events, and calls). Knowledge on Microsoft Defender Cloud App security. Govern and monitor GWS usage and integration points. Support design improvement of the current landscape and future demands. Server administration and PowerShell scripting. Should have proper understanding on various cloud technologies and should understand the benefits and drawbacks of different solutions. Should have sound knowledge on server hardening and vulnerability management of Virtualization/cloud platforms/servers. Should be capable of providing continuous improvement feedback on systems platforms while being up to date with emerging new trends. Should be capable of finding root cause of issues by doing in depth study and research. Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelors degree in systems/networking or equivalent. Soft Skills: Should have excellent communication interpersonal skills Should demonstrate very good team working skills
