We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be an expert in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads (PPC), social media, and other online channels, to drive effective marketing campaigns. This role is critical in developing strategies that increase our online presence and convert leads into tangible sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies focused on real estate lead generation. Create and execute successful Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for PPC (pay-per-click) and other relevant metrics. Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to target potential clients effectively and generate high-quality leads. Analyze and interpret data from digital campaigns to optimize strategies and improve performance continually. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital strategies with broader company goals. Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and real estate markets. Create engaging and persuasive ad copy tailored to target audiences in the real estate sector. Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance marketing. Proven track record of creating and managing successful Google Ads campaigns and social media marketing. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and turn insights into actionable strategies. Strong understanding of the real estate market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager). Creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
