Key Responsibilities: Design and develop hot runner , cold runner , 2-plate , and 3-plate moulds . Prepare Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reports. Create accurate 2D drawings and 3D models for tooling components. Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) in design and documentation. Manage and maintain tooling documentation , including Design Change Notes (DCN) and Engineering Change Notes (ECN) . Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tooling validation and manufacturing support.
