Job Title: Site Engineer – Industrial Facility Construction Location: Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Industrial Warehousing & Manufacturing Facility Construction Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities for our upcoming industrial facility projects in Chakan, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality assurance, safety compliance, and coordination between contractors, consultants, and the project management team. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities related to civil, structural, and finishing works. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow at site. Maintain project schedules, track progress, and report updates to the Project Manager. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and rectify issues promptly. Verify measurements and prepare work progress reports for billing and documentation. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at the site. Assist in procurement planning and materials management. Liaise with consultants, architects, and local authorities when required. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: 2–6 years in industrial, commercial, or warehousing facility construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. What We Offer Competitive salary package (based on experience).
