Roles and Responsibilities  Design, develop, and maintain custom HubSpot solutions, including websites, landing pages, emails, and workflows using HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub.  Customize HubSpot CRM to align with business processes, including custom objects, properties, and automation workflows.  Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, or custom APIs) to streamline data flow and enhance functionality.  Build and optimize HubSpot templates, modules, and themes using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.  Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.  Ensure responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web experiences within HubSpot CMS.  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot implementations.  Maintain documentation for code, processes, and integrations.  Stay updated on HubSpot’s latest features, best practices, and certifications to drive continuous improvement. Qualification  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).  1+ years of experience developing within the HubSpot platform (CMS Hub, Marketing Hub, or CRM).  Proficiency in HubL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.  Experience with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.  Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead nurturing workflows.  Familiarity with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.  HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software).  Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) or back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python).  Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
