Role Overview Job Title: Sales Cashier Location: [Shop No. B-21, B-23, B-24, B-26 (Basement) & Shop No. G-20, G-21 (Ground Floor), Galaxy Plaza, P No. A-15, Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur – 302039] Department: Sales / Retail Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Supervisor Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Cashier to manage all transactions with customers efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, basic math abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately. Process sales transactions quickly and efficiently while minimizing errors. Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, or credits as per company policy. Maintain cash drawers by counting cash before and after each shift. Promote ongoing sales, offers, and loyalty programs to customers. Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the supervisor/manager when needed. Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness when required. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and security standards.
