Role & Responsibilities Conduct electrochemical cycling and performance testing of pouch and coin cell battery samples. Prepare electrolytes with precise formulation and measurement processes. Assist in the preparation and analysis of anode and cathode electrode materials. Perform tab welding operations to assemble battery cells with proper electrical integrity. Utilize GC or GC-MS analytical techniques to characterize battery electrolytes and materials. Ensure lab equipment is routinely calibrated, maintained, and troubleshooted as needed. Follow SOPs and safety protocols when handling chemicals and battery materials. Record experimental data, perform analysis, and draft technical reports. Collaborate with R&D engineers and researchers to support ongoing battery development projects. Preferred Candidate Profile Early-career professionals (14 years) with practical experience in battery testing, materials, and circuits. Solid understanding of electrochemical cell assembly and characterization techniques. Skillful in analytical instrumentation such as GC / GC-MS. Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation capabilities. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and the ability to work in team-based research environments.
