1.Liasioning with the coil coating lines of customers, understanding their requirements and solving their problems 2. Ensure that the customer issues are addressed immediately. 3. Identify new market/new product range and plan strategy to explore and promote them. 4. Formulating and implementing long term/short term strategic plans to achieve sales targets. 5. Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing and new customers, thereby achieving business targets. 6. Co-ordination with the Business Development team, Technology, Manufacturing, Commercial & Safety. 7. Guiding and supporting the frontline team. 8. Maintaining the Strong relationship with customers. 9. Working Closely with the team to Introduce new product requirement. 10. Co-ordination with Supply chain and commercial team. 11. Assist Technical Sales Representatives with quotes, line trials, negotiations, or methods required for the meeting of their goals or objectives. 12. Eneration of new business in the industrial coatings OEM markets. 13.Establish accountability and goals. 14. Sales development, communication and strategy.
