Designation: Associate Manager - Supply Chain Finance ( Baroda) Main Responsibilities: Preparation of AOP / Budget . Month end closing activities and preparation of MIS i.e. Actual Vs Budget along with commentary / reason for the increase or decrease in spend . Review and preparation of the inventory report ( plant) and drive reduction along with business team. Prepare one consolidated inventory report for all the plants . Cogs analysis , price and volume , reason for the increase / decrease in cogs . Scrap sales accounting and summary . Capitalization and disposal of fixed assets . MIS Capex Budget Vs Actual Review of GR/IR , SRIR and support in reducing the ageing , open advance review and its aging Approve and release of the purchase order BOM verification ( as applicable) , costing run . Preparation of the schedule for cost audit , statutory audit and tax audit . Resolve any taxation related queries . Validation of saving initiatives . Balance sheet reconciliation to ensure no surprises . Any other adhoc requirements Key Skill Requirements: Professional qualification: MBA with at least 2 to 3 years of experience , preferably in plant finance . Proficiency in Excel ,analytical experience will be added advantage Good communication skill Experience working in matrix organization. Cross functional collaboration skills
