Job Summary

As a Technical Lead you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization. With a focus on GitHub Copilot IT Service Management JCL DB2 and Cobol you will leverage your expertise to enhance our software development processes. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of software solutions using GitHub Copilot to streamline coding processes and improve efficiency.
Oversee IT Service Management practices to ensure seamless service delivery and support for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and maintain applications using JCL DB2 and Cobol.
Ensure the integration of best practices in software development to enhance system performance and reliability.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and procedures.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve existing systems and processes.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
Implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to ensure high availability and scalability.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
