Job Title: Territory Business Manager / Area Sales Manager Ethical Pharma Division Domestic Market Company: Cogniwell Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. Indias emerging powerhouse in ethical branded formulations, now entering a bold new phase of domestic expansion. Role Overview: We are hiring passionate and experienced pharma professionals who can independently manage their territories, drive ethical brand promotions, and build strong relationships with the medical community. You’ll handle territory planning, doctor engagement, brand conversions, and sales operations. Key Responsibilities: Promote Cogniwell’s ethical branded formulations to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Generate prescriptions through science-based detailing and regular doctor engagement. Plan and execute field work, territory mapping, and focus brand strategies. Conduct CMEs, product campaigns, doctor meets, and local activations. Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and supply chain teams. Submit daily reports, sales data, and field feedback. Monitor competitors and market trends proactively. Maintain high standards of compliance, reporting, and relationship management. Who Should Apply: 2–6 years of experience in ethical pharma sales. Knowledge of doctor engagement, product positioning, and field execution. Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with field sales. Science or pharmacy background preferred.
