Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and leadership in the design, development, and deployment of GENAI-based chatbot solutions within the Azure platform. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, UI designers, and product managers, to define project requirements and align on technical strategies. Lead the architectural design of chatbot conversational flows, intent recognition, and dialog management, integrating GENAI's generative capabilities. Develop and implement integrations with Azure services, such as Azure Bot Service, Language Understanding (LUIS), and Cognitive Services, to enhance chatbot functionality. Conduct in-depth analysis of user interactions and provide recommendations to optimize and enhance chatbot performance. Stay current with the latest trends in conversational AI, GENAI technology, and Azure services, contributing thought leadership and innovation to the organization. Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on chatbot solutions to continually enhance user experience. Lead technical discussions, present findings, and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership. Required Skill Set: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are advantageous. Extensive experience in designing and developing GENAI-powered conversational AI solutions, ideally within the Azure ecosystem. Deep expertise in conversational design, natural language processing (NLP), intent recognition, and sentiment analysis. Proficiency in Azure services, including Azure Bot Service, LUIS, and Cognitive Services, for creating comprehensive chatbot experiences. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, C#, or JavaScript for implementing custom functionalities and integrations. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and experience in deploying solutions within a cloud-based environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience mentoring and coaching junior team members to cultivate a culture of excellence.
