Should display good communication, telephone and Email etiquette.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following Process requirement
Should have knowledge on Tax Search and Lien search
Should be working along with SMEs and team leads
Should be able to monitor the bin/queue
Good Team Player
Shows willingness to work in shifts (Only night shift for Tax calling) Demonstrates punctuality by timely log in and log out adherence Shows willingness to work out of different locations.
Production and quality driven
Displays willingness & flexible to undergo cross training and work on multiple processes
