• Oversee day to day activities of coffee curing
• 8+ years experience in dry milling and management (ideally in India or South Asia)
• Experience specifically with Arabica coffee
• Strong co mmunication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure and foresee potential problems or challenges
Familiarity with sustainable coffee (e.g. single origin, organic, smallholders, certified coffee) is preferable
• Exposure to carbon markets, agroforestry or impact investing is desirable
• Fluency in English and ideally Telugu
