Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. Manage dough preparation, proofing, baking, and cooling processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area, tools, and equipment. Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages to the manager. Person Specification Essential Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience . Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient properties, and pastry science. Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow recipes precisely while also adapting to production needs. Formal training or certification in baking/pastry arts. Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 25 kg. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
