Should handle incoming and outbound calls and emails. 8. Audit database for data errors such as incorrect major, batch, nurturing, placement status. 9. Design and implement PowerPoint presentations about all policies abd process . 10. Work on special projects including updating and editing PowerPoint presentations, compiling metric and measurement reports. 11. Monitor student performance to provide immediate intervention for students struggling with their online assignment. 12. Enhance negotiation and communication skills.
