Job Description

What you will do: Actively understand and address employee requests through effective communication and problem-solving. Analyze HR processes and workflows to identify gaps or exceptions. Provide clear explanations for pending or unprocessed requests. Assist employees worldwide in resolving HR-related issues and follow up with relevant teams. Manage and deliver ongoing HR projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure employee and business objectives are met. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The skills you bring: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational restructuring and change management. Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and HRMS. Strong understanding of HR processes and operational best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Experience in HR data analysis and HR metrics. Prior experience in Organizational Management Specialist (OMS) roles is a plus.
