As a College Outreach & Technical Partnership Manager at Bright Mentors Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in representing the company in colleges across India. Your primary responsibilities will include visiting colleges and universities to promote our online coding programs, delivering presentations to college authorities and students, and building strong partnerships with key decision-makers in educational institutions. You will need to possess a blend of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships effectively. Your role will involve regular travel and field visits to engage with colleges, understand their needs, and onboard them as official partners of Bright Mentors. The ideal candidate for this position is a technically sound professional with a passion for education and technology. You should be a confident speaker capable of engaging college stakeholders, have strong negotiation and presentation skills, and be goal-oriented. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in EdTech, training, technical sales, or B2B partnerships, preferably in college outreach. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of coding/programming to confidently discuss technical aspects with colleges. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the willingness to travel across regions/states as needed. Experience working with placement/training departments would be a strong advantage.
