As part of our global expansion, we are excited to establish our new office in Bangalore, India. At the core of our operations is the delivery of top-tier corporate training, eLearning, and instructional design solutions for clients spanning various industries. The team we are assembling in India will be instrumental in crafting innovative training experiences and facilitating the growth of international projects. This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities encompassing instructional design, eLearning development, multimedia creation, and learning technology integration. We are seeking a professional who can adeptly design impactful learning experiences while leveraging cutting-edge tools and technologies. Proficiency in English communication is crucial as you will collaborate closely with our teams in Canada and India. Your main duties will include designing engaging training content utilizing frameworks like ADDIE and Blooms Taxonomy, generating corporate training and eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Vyond, producing multimedia assets to enrich learning experiences, assisting in LMS integration and learning technology deployments (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.), exploring AI and coding/editing opportunities to enhance training delivery, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality results within set timelines. To excel in this role, you should possess strong English communication skills (both written and spoken), have experience in corporate training, instructional design, and eLearning development, demonstrate hands-on proficiency with eLearning tools and Adobe Creative Suite, exhibit familiarity with SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms, and showcase an understanding of AI tools or coding/editing (preferred). The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently is also essential.
