Growth Intern Special Projects & New Initiatives Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office) Duration: 36 months (High potential for full-time offer basis internship performance) About the Role We are looking for an inquisitive, high-ownership Intern to help build and scale new initiatives and special projects aimed at growing INDmoneys trader and investor user base. This is a high-visibility role where youll work directly with the senior leadership across content, marketing, product, and growth. Youll gain end-to-end exposure to high-impact projects ranging from community building to partnerships and offline events. Job Description Designation: Project Manager Location: New Delhi/Noida (Mon-Sat, Work from Office) Work Experience: 1-3 years (Must be B.tech/BCA Graduate) Role and Responsibilities: Plan and develop the project idea. Monitor project progress and set deadlines. Solve Issues that arise and Evaluate project performance. Evaluating the subject-related content that is logically, factually, linguistically accurate, and consistent as per the standard and organization Instructions. Performing replacement and hiring duties for different positions as and when required such as Instructors Hiring, TA's Hiring, Customer Support Team Hiring, etc. Conducting Interviews and training programs required for the Instructor or new joining for the project.
