You should be proficient in creating highly interactive and well-designed user interfaces for web browsers. Knowledge of web-based technologies, Java frameworks, Java Stack Exposure, and server-side programming is beneficial. Experience in product development through multiple SDLC phases is preferred. Your responsibilities will include having a basic understanding of git workflows, a deep comprehension of at least one object-oriented language (such as Java), and the ability to take full ownership of assigned modules. You should also be familiar with design patterns, writing testable code, and developing new product/service-oriented strategies. Communication of strategies to the technical team and their implementation will be part of your role. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, DevOps Integration, and writing reusable, optimized, and well-documented code following industry best practices is essential. You will actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning. Technical leadership skills, including hands-on experience with web, mobile, and database technologies, are required. In addition to the technical skills mentioned, proficiency in data structures, algorithmic techniques, coding ability, the ability to work independently, and team management skills are valuable assets for this role.
