Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant with a strong background in codification processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining material master data, standardising naming conventions, and ensuring accurate classification and codification across SAP MM modules. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Material Master. Lead and implement material codification standards in SAP. Develop and enforce material classification and naming conventions. Support SAP MM master data governance and quality initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, production) for smooth integration of codification. Assist with SAP MM-related process improvements and system enhancements. Provide training and documentation for codification processes and MM functionalities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience working with SAP MM . Proven experience with material codification , classification systems Solid understanding of material master data structure and dependencies in SAP. Hands-on experience in MM configuration and integration with other SAP modules (SD, PP, WM). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As the Stores Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall function of stores management. This includes ensuring the availability of documents for all incoming materials, preparing Goods Receipt Note (GRN), and handing over the relevant information to the accounts department. Your role will involve physically checking, counting, and verifying materials to maintain accurate stock levels of Raw Materials, Finished Goods, Consumables, Spares, and Packing Materials. You will be in charge of managing goods issue and transfer posting, as well as classifying and codifying materials for efficient organization. Additionally, you will handle the procedures for returnable and non-returnable materials, including the preparation of documents such as RGP/NRGP and conducting material reconciliations. Providing periodic Management Information System (MIS) reports and other relevant reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Your duties will extend to conducting stores audits with both internal and external auditors, overseeing Finish Goods Dispatches, and arranging transportation and loading plans for vehicles. You will be required to prepare packing lists, LR, and other necessary documents based on customer requirements, and create delivery notes referencing sale orders through SAP. Furthermore, you will need to ensure that all documents are handed over to transporters for vehicle release and deliver daily/monthly dispatch reports to the Management team.,
