About the Role We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with 1–3 years of experience in B2B solution sales. You will focus on selling AI-driven products and services to enterprise clients, bridging the gap between complex technology and real business outcomes. This role is for someone hungry to grow, able to simplify AI for decision-makers, and skilled at building trust in long sales cycles. Key Responsibilities Prospect, engage, and convert enterprise clients for AI solutions (products + services). Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Understand client pain points and map them to practical AI use cases across industries. Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to craft tailored AI proposals. Build strong CXO-level relationships and position the company as a trusted AI partner. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and pipeline growth targets. Track and report sales metrics, client feedback, and market trends. Requirements 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in technology, SaaS, or IT services). Exposure to AI, ML, or data-driven solutions sales is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to engage decision-makers and explain AI’s value in simple business terms.
