Work Profile – Client Outreach Executive (US Time Zone) Position Overview We are seeking a Client Outreach Executive to manage email and phone communication with HOAs, condos, gated communities, and commercial properties in the USA that GSC serves. The role involves initiating email campaigns, following up with professional phone calls, and conducting research to identify and engage potential clients. This position requires excellent communication, writing, and research skills, along with the ability to build rapport with U.S.-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Email Outreach • Draft, personalize, and send professional emails to targeted HOAs, management companies, and commercial property representatives. • Track email responses, maintain follow-up schedules, and update the CRM system or excel regularly. • Phone Outreach • Call clients and prospects during U.S. business hours to follow up on emails, introduce GSC services, and schedule appointments. • Handle objections, answer questions, and professionally represent GSC’s value proposition. • Research & Lead Development • Research HOAs, gated communities, and commercial properties in target regions (California, Nevada, etc.). • Collect and verify decision-maker details (emails, phone numbers, titles) for outreach. • Maintain updated and accurate databases of contacts. • Reporting & Coordination • Prepare daily and weekly outreach reports (emails sent, calls made, meetings scheduled, responses). • Coordinate with the GSC operations and sales teams to hand over qualified leads Key Skills Required • Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English (neutral accent preferred for U.S. calls). • Writing Skills: Ability to draft concise, professional, and persuasive emails. • Research Skills: Ability to identify and validate contact information, company details, and HOA/community associations. • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage outreach schedules, follow-ups, and databases systematically. • People Skills: Confidence and professionalism in speaking with U.S. property managers and board members. • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with email tools, CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic internet research techniques. Work Schedule • Days: Monday to Friday • India Time: 10:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (to align with U.S. business hours) • Location: Remote Performance Metrics (KPIs) • Number of emails sent and responses received. • Number of calls made and successful conversations held. • Meetings/appointments scheduled for the sales team. • Quality and accuracy of research and contact databases. Ideal Candidate Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or client servicing (preferably U.S. clients). • Comfortable working night shifts to match U.S. time zones. • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
