You’ll learn by doing : reaching out to leads, having real conversations with potential customers, and experimenting with ways to grow our pipeline, so it would be helpful if you have a background or some kind of formal training in this domain. You will be a key driver of the product sales and company revenue growth. We don’t have a big sales team (yet), so you’ll be taking on plenty of responsibility and visibility right from day one . Each day in this role you will: Research potential leads and build outreach lists Reach out to leads manually or through automations via calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Build strong relationships with clients as a technology and business consultant. Assist in scheduling and running sales conversations from start to end. Create and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients. Work with the team to plan and execute strategy against sales and revenue targets. Use your position, access, and resources to help direct the product to solve real problems. You’ll Do Great In This Role If You: Are self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to deliver results independently as well as with the team. Can communicate well in English (a good grasp of Hindi will also be required). Are deeply customer focused and genuinely intend to solve problems for them. Sufficiently tech-savvy and can talk intelligently about systems. Have a confident, professional, and friendly approach when speaking to people. Are continuously and intentionally learning and growing in your skill, knowledge, and instinct Other Tactical Requirements: Any bachelor's degree is a plus, particularly in the business domain Any prior internship experience or professional training is a plus Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and similar is a plus Why Join Us?
