Coordinate and conduct recruitment drives to facilitate student placements 4. Strategically place students across various IT roles and companies 5. Provide career consulting and counseling support to students, helping them align with relevant job roles 6. Attend HR meets, industry events, and networking sessions to build strong corporate relationships 7. Maintain and update recruitment databases and placement records 8. Conduct company visits to strengthen ties and explore new collaboration opportunities 9.
