Job Title: Flutter Developer About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality, scalable mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. As part of a fast-paced startup environment, you will play a key role in creating responsive, user-friendly, and performance-optimised apps using Flutter. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Build custom Flutter widgets and plugins for both Android and iOS. Participate in the full mobile application development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer-review code changes. Manage iOS provisioning profiles, certificates, and app store deployment processes. Optimise mobile applications for optimal performance, responsiveness, and reduced crash rates. Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends. Requirements: 510 years of overall mobile development experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Flutter. Strong knowledge of Flutter , Dart , and Flutter UI animations. Proficient in integrating with GraphQL , REST APIs , and working with JSON . Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as Bloc , Provider , and Clean Code principles. Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development. Familiarity with Firebase, crash analytics, performance monitoring, and cloud messaging. Experience with payment gateway integrations , third-party SDKs , social logins , and Git version control . Proven ability to build, release, and manage production-grade mobile apps. Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based development teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in eCommerce and/or Marketplace platforms . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent presentation and collaboration abilities. Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
